Stakeholder Engagement
Stakeholder engagement is a key element to working successfully in a sustainable way. This is also an important element when working towards BS 8901 (The British Standard for a sustainable event management system).
Through
engaging with your stakeholders you will be able to develop an
awareness of their understanding of sustainability, being able to see
if they are currently working with sustainability in mind. At the same
time you will also be able to make them aware of the ways in which you
are working more sustainably. Stakeholder engagement is an opportunity
to learn from each other and develop a sustainable future.
